- Players need diverse Elemental characters to conquer monthly challenges for cosmetic rewards.
Genshin Impact's Version 5.4 is set to bring excitement to the Imaginarium Theater with the introduction of four new Thespian Tricks, as revealed by the latest beta build. The characters featured with unique poses are Barbara, Sethos, Chiori, and Baizhu. The Imaginarium Theater, one of the endgame experiences in Genshin Impact, challenges players differently than the Spiral Abyss. While the Spiral Abyss focuses on vertical team building, the Imaginarium Theater requires a horizontal investment in a variety of characters.
To successfully complete the monthly challenges in the Imaginarium Theater, players must have a well-rounded roster featuring characters of multiple Elements. Each month, the Theater limits players to using only three specific Elements, with a few exceptions, and offers cosmetic rewards for those who can conquer its Acts. The rewards from the Imaginarium Theater include Envisaged Echoes and Thespian Tricks.
A screenshot from the beta servers, shared by Firefly Leaks, provides the first glimpse of these new rewards in Version 5.4. The Thespian Tricks for this update will feature Barbara, Sethos, Chiori, and Baizhu. Notably, Chiori, who had a rerun in Version 5.1, and Baizhu, set to appear in the new Chronicled Banner, will be obtainable before the release of Version 5.4.
Genshin Impact: Thespian Tricks for Version 5.4
- Barbara
- Sethos
- Chiori
- Baizhu
Chiori's new pose is particularly noteworthy and is likely to be popular among fans, especially those who have her on their roster. Known as the Thundering Seamstress, Chiori is a valuable long-term investment due to her effectiveness, especially when her Constellations are fully upgraded, making her power comparable to that of Mualani and Arlecchino. Typically used in Mono Geo teams, Chiori has also shown success in teams with Navia and as part of an off-field Double Geo core alongside Zhongli.
Although Version 5.4 might seem like a smaller update compared to the current one, as it includes no new map expansions, Archon Quests, Artifact Domains, or new characters aside from one, it will feature a significant Flagship Event set in Inazuma, which has been highly anticipated by the community. Additionally, Version 5.4 will introduce Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-star Anemo Catalyst, who will be part of the Flagship Event and have her own Story Quest. The release date for Version 5.4 is scheduled for February 12, 2025.
