Pick Up 'A Good Scrub'

To start, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, and they will direct you to Betty at her bathhouse in the southeast part of the city. When you talk to Betty, mention that you heard she has work and agree to go to Grund to find Matsek. Matsek is hesitant about being seen with the girls he's supposed to bring to the bathhouse. You'll find him in a courtyard, and nearby, three girls are sitting at a table. Tell them you're there for Betty and escort them back to the city.

Promote the Bathhouse

Upon returning with the girls, Betty tasks you with promoting the bathhouse to attract customers. You'll work with her on the promotional spiel and then shout it at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. Ensure you do this during the day, so if it's too late, wait until morning.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish 'A Good Scrub'

Next, you must clean the bathhouse before the alderman arrives for an inspection. Completing these tasks swiftly is crucial; failure to do so will result in the bathhouse being shut down, preventing you from picking up the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute," from Betty.

She reveals that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and to secure her position, you must make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. To do this, gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida about the councillor's dislikes.

You'll need Chamomile Brew to add to the wine cask on the second floor of the competing bathhouse. Lida will disclose that the councillor enjoys fragrant oils, but only after you gift her a noblewomen's dress from a tailor. To sabotage further, lockpick a cabinet on the third floor and steal the oils.
