With the MiniMed™ Mobile app, you can seamlessly display essential insulin pump and CGM data directly on your smartphone. This app allows you to monitor your glucose levels and review your historical data, helping you understand how your levels are trending over time.

The app simplifies sharing your data by automatically uploading it to the CareLink™ software, making it easier to keep your care partners informed.

Additional features of the app include:

• An easy-to-use secondary display for your data
• Notifications from your insulin pump system directly on your smartphone
• Data organized in the same format as your MiniMed™ insulin pump system interface
• Access to both past and current insulin pump and CGM data

IMPORTANT: The MiniMed™ Mobile app is compatible only with the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, which is engineered to communicate wirelessly with compatible smart devices. For a list of compatible devices, please visit your local Medtronic website. Note that this app does not support other MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps. The MiniMed™ Mobile app serves as a secondary display for your compatible MiniMed™ insulin pump system on a consumer electronic device, facilitating passive monitoring and data syncing to the CareLink™ system. It is not meant to replace the real-time display of CGM or insulin pump data on the primary device (the insulin pump itself). All therapeutic decisions should be based on the data shown on the primary display device.

The app does not analyze or modify the CGM or insulin pump data it receives, nor does it control any functions of the connected CGM system or insulin pump. It also does not receive information directly from the CGM sensor or transmitter.

For technical or customer service issues, do not use this app store as your first point of contact. To protect your privacy and ensure prompt resolution, please contact the local Medtronic support line.
