Uttar Pradesh is taking significant strides in enhancing its public health service management through the introduction of the eKavach app. This Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application, launched by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, is tailored for use by ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and Digital Public Good (DPG) Certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach streamlines various health services. It offers a complete workflow and referral system covering Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other critical health services.
