Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones are capable of reading the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored within the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone is essential for writing tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows passengers to select and record (purchase) a specific amount for their electronic tickets.

Our app supports over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing varieties, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards, including those for students.

Securely enter your payment card details within the app to reserve funds. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us.

Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna to ensure successful ticket writing. Refer to your device's user manual to locate the NFC antenna precisely.

Funds are only charged from your payment card upon the successful writing of a newly purchased ticket.
