Town of Salem

Town of Salem immerses players in a thrilling world of murder, accusations, deceit, and mob hysteria. This strategic game, playable with 7 to 15 players, divides participants into various alignments including Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists, and Neutrals. If you find yourself on the side of the Town, your mission is to uncover and eliminate the Mafia and other villains before they can take you down. The twist? No one knows who's on which side, making every interaction a potential clue or deception.

For those assigned an evil role, like a Serial Killer, your task is to covertly eliminate Town members under the cover of night while evading detection. The game's dynamic nature ensures no two games are the same, thanks to its 33 unique roles.

How to Play

Before diving into a game, players gather in a lobby where the host can customize the roles available for that session. Once the game begins, roles are randomly assigned from the selected list, and each player receives a role card detailing their abilities and alignment. Game Phases

Night

The night phase is when most roles come into play. Serial Killers silently take out their targets, Doctors work to save those who've been attacked, and Sheriffs probe for signs of criminal activity among the townsfolk.

Day

During the day phase, Town members convene to discuss and pinpoint who they believe might be an evil role. When the voting phase kicks off, a majority vote from the Town can send a suspect to trial.

Defense

In the defense phase, the accused must convincingly argue their innocence to avoid a grim fate at the gallows.

Judgement

The judgement phase sees the Town casting votes on the accused's fate. Votes can be guilty, innocent, or abstain. A higher number of guilty votes than innocent leads to the defendant's execution by hanging.

Customization

Players can personalize their experience by selecting their map (town setting), character, pet, lobby icon, death animation, house, and even a custom name. These choices are visible to other players, adding a unique flair to your gameplay.

Achievements

Town of Salem boasts over 200 unique achievements. Earning these can unlock various in-game items, enhancing your gameplay and rewarding your strategic prowess.
