Anyone can participate in a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting using the mobile app upon invitation. However, to fully utilize the app's capabilities, you need a Skype for Business or Lync account. Some features might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server and may not be available to all users. If you're unsure about your account status, reach out to your IT department.
