You'll face difficult moral dilemmas, employing persuasive skills to demonstrate your worth. The world is teetering on the brink, but you've found refuge—a shelter, however, that can only accommodate half of the survivors. You and a dozen strangers must decide who lives and who dies. Will your team prevail against the impending doom?
Each player receives a unique character profile detailing their background, including profession, health, age, gender, hobbies, phobias, skills, and personality traits. You'll also receive two crucial cards – 'knowledge' and 'action' – to strategically deploy throughout the game. The key is to convince others of your value, showcasing your strengths while concealing weaknesses.
The game unfolds in rounds. The first round involves revealing professions. Subsequent rounds see players unveiling one characteristic at a time, arguing their importance for survival. After each round (starting from the second), players vote to eliminate the perceived least valuable member, removing them from the game. The game concludes when exactly half the players remain.
Game Rules Summary:
- Limited shelter capacity: Only half the players survive.
- Collaborative survival: Form a cohesive team to ensure mutual survival.
- Unique character profiles: Each player embodies a character with distinct traits and cards.
- Progressive revelation: Players reveal characteristics round by round, justifying their presence.
- Elimination voting: Players vote out the "least useful" participant each round (after the first).
- Half-survivor conclusion: The game ends when half the initial players remain.
