As a skilled demonologist in 18th-century France, you master the world's most forbidden arts from the security of your provincial chateau. Summon an astonishing array of demons: some discreetly manipulate your foes through confusion and distraction; others manifest as terrifying entities; while certain ones reveal profound cosmic secrets to further your occult mastery.

As revolutionary flames intensify, neutrality becomes impossible. Every faction—monarchists, republicans, peasants, intellectuals, anarchists—craves to wield your power. How will you deploy your demons? Will you unleash them on battlefields to sway revolutionary armies, or direct them toward Paris itself? Will you guide a political movement with forbidden knowledge? Could you establish a demon-worshipping cult?

Yet all power demands sacrifice. As you ascend, you must surrender something precious: your reputation, wealth, security...or potentially your very life.

When the turmoil subsides, will you be the one commanding France?
