Application Description
To ensure the authenticity and authorship of your video recordings using Clapperboard, follow these straightforward steps:
Create and Fund Your Account: Begin by setting up your account on Clapperboard and adding funds to your balance.
Comment the Video: Before recording, add a comment to your video. This comment will be part of the authenticity verification process.
Request a QR-Code: Generate a unique QR-code through the Clapperboard platform. This code is crucial for proving the video's authenticity.
Record the Video: Capture your video using any camera, such as CCTV, web cameras, action cameras, or built-in drone cameras. Make sure to display the QR-code on camera during the recording.
Blockchain Integration: The QR-code and your comment will be permanently recorded on the NEM blockchain, ensuring the video's integrity and your authorship.
Verify Authenticity: To confirm that your video has not been altered and was recorded after the QR-code was generated, upload the video segment showing the QR-code to the http://product.prover.io/ service. Upon successful verification, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the video's authenticity.
By following these steps, you can leverage blockchain technology to ensure the integrity and provenance of your video content.
