Personally, I'm inclined to think the Leagues of Votann, the recently introduced deep space miners and cloned warriors who bear a striking resemblance to dwarves, might make an appearance. Their inclusion in Tacticus could significantly boost their recognition within the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
