This expansion opens the grim and frostbitten realm of Niflheim. This land of mist and cold is forbidding, yet perfect for adventure. The new stages, 7-16 through 7-30, pit you against stronger foes with fresh attack patterns.
To aid you in these challenges, a new system lets you temporarily paralyze boss monsters. By filling a special gauge during combat, you can activate a skill that immobilizes the boss briefly. This is a key feature for players aiming to set new records.
Land of Wind and Ghosts
Numerous other adjustments and improvements have been implemented, including to the Shrine of Battle. You can now further upgrade your stats and skills, and combine skills with elemental attributes to create powerful synergies.
