The highly anticipated TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge has made its way to mobile devices. While fans may recall its initial release as a Netflix exclusive back in June 2023, Playdigious has now launched a standalone version for Android, accessible without a Netflix subscription.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Is a ‘Turtle Heroes Beat ‘Em Up’ on Mobile
This mobile edition mirrors the Netflix version, offering the complete game with all its features and content. Players can enjoy the added Dimension Shellshock and Radical Reptiles DLCs bundled right into the game.
For fans of the '80s TMNT series, Shredder’s Revenge offers a nostalgic journey. The game embraces its side-scrolling, arcade-style roots, enhanced with a crisp retro pixel art aesthetic.
While it honors the past, the game does not cling to outdated mechanics. The combat system has been refined, allowing players to execute ninja combos and engage in cooperative team attacks, ensuring a fresh yet familiar experience.
The full roster of beloved characters is present, including Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, April O’Neil, Master Splinter, and Casey Jones, all available as playable characters.
