First, you'll need to speak with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. Noir will then task you with following a trail. This leads to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near Mariah Carey's location. You must locate and interact with three specific items:
Finding the Clues:
1. Dog Statue:
This statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decor, sits atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.
2. Microphone Stand:
Located at the mountain's base near a metal fence, this stand subtly glows when approached.
3. Turntable:
This easily spotted turntable rests near a kiosk, just down the road from the microphone stand.
The Big Reveal:
After interacting with all three items, head to the cabin on the mountain. Inside, you'll find Santa Snoop, who provides crucial information to complete this stage of the Winterfest 2024 quests. Return to Noir to finish this part of the quest.
