Get ready for a Bikini Bottom takeover in Brawl Stars! The upcoming SpongeBob SquarePants collaboration is bringing a tidal wave of fun to the game, featuring new brawlers, game modes, skins, and power-ups.
When's the SpongeBob Showdown?
The Brawl Stars x SpongeBob event splashes down on September 5th and lasts until October 2nd. Expect a full-blown crossover experience, including themed cosmetics and exciting new gameplay.
New Game Modes: Dive In!
Two new game modes are making their debut:
- Jellyfishing (3v3): A frantic jellyfish-catching showdown! Hold onto your catch for five seconds, but be careful – getting knocked out means losing your loot.
- Trio Showdown (12 players, 4 teams): Teamwork makes the dream work! Revive fallen teammates as long as one remains standing.
Meet the New Brawlers:
Two new brawlers join the fray:
- Moe (August 29th): A sewer-dwelling blind rat with exceptional digging skills and a knack for hurling stones. His Super unleashes a powerful digging machine! Grab his Monterey Moe skin for 29 Gems.
- Kenji (September 26th): A sushi chef with a samurai past and razor-sharp slicing skills. His unique attack patterns make him a formidable opponent. He'll be sporting the fruity Samurai skin.
SpongeBob Brawlers and Power-Ups:
The collaboration features a plethora of SpongeBob-themed skins: SpongeBob El Primo, Patrick Buzz, Squidward Mortis, Sandy Jessie, Mr. Krabs Ticks, and Plankton Darryl.
Earn Krusty Kash, a special in-game currency, to unlock exciting power-ups, including Krabby Patties and a Squidward-powered clarinet attack. An upgrade system allows you to enhance these power-ups further. Details on the upgrade system will be revealed in September's Brawl Talk video!
