The G3, released in 2023, is a generation behind the latest G4, but still surpasses other LG TVs—OLED or otherwise—except for the G4. The G-series OLED outperforms the C-series. Both boast brighter "Evo" panels than traditional W-OLED TVs, but the G-series adds MLA (micro lens array) technology for even greater brightness. This increases cost but rivals—or even surpasses—the image quality of Samsung's quantum dot OLED TVs.
