Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling new free DLC titled Emerald Diorama, marking the game's most significant update to date. This exciting addition draws inspiration from Square Enix's iconic fantasy RPG series, SaGa, making it a unique crossover event for fans of both franchises.
Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors
The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a captivating new stage that emulates a mini world map, offering players a world-hopping experience. Dive into this expansive new world and discover over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who sing cursed melodies.
Enhance your arsenal with over 16 new weapons and explore the innovative Glimmer system, which allows you to randomly acquire new skills during your run. The auditory experience is enriched with nine new music tracks that perfectly complement the game's atmosphere.
To unlock the Emerald Diorama, head to Moongolow and interact with the new merchant. Purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold, and then unlock the content gradually from there. The DLC also introduces character parties, enabling you to form and lead your own mini squad. Don't miss the chance to see it in action:
Additionally, the DLC comes with two new Adventures, each featuring six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" enhances the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" adds depth to the new DLC's content.
Alongside the DLC, There's Another Free Update
Alongside the Emerald Diorama, the base game receives a delightful free update known as The Coop, centered around chickens. This update introduces a new chicken character, Gazebo, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay.
Players can unlock numerous achievements and access Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens will unlock the full potential of The Coop update. Here's a useful tip: when playing The Coop, refrain from killing anything for the first minute to unlock the Gaze of Gaea. Evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.
Both the Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update are available for free on Vampire Survivors, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. The game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing you to continue your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
