When Does Destined Rivals Officially Launch?

Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex is all about drama and flair. It demands a full Rocket-themed deck to unleash its potential, but when it does, it manipulates energy like a pro. Its extravagance is something I deeply admire.
Misty’s Psyduck is here to bring joy and perhaps a few laughs, even if it might cost you a game. Its quirky ability to discard itself to the top of your deck is endearing, and I'm all in.
