As the year's spookiest month unfolds, it's no surprise that many popular games are joining the festivities. Pokémon Go is no exception! Fans can look forward to hunting for new costumed versions of beloved Pokémon this Halloween season.

From October 27th to November 2nd, the event boosts your chances of encountering Pokémon with fresh seasonal looks. This includes Noibat and Teddiursa, with improved odds of finding their Shiny variants as well.

Be especially alert on October 31st. On this day, costumed Pokémon have a small chance to reward Rare Candy or Rare Candy XL when caught with a Nice throw or better.

Alongside the Pokémon Go Halloween pass we featured earlier, there are numerous themed tasks to complete. These new events provide a free way to soak up the Halloween spirit without spending any money.

Raids will showcase Pokémon like Pikachu and Piplup in new Halloween Mischief outfits, alongside increased odds of encountering their Shiny forms and Sinistea. New avatar items and field research also unlock more Halloween-themed Pokémon encounters.

For longtime Pokémon enthusiasts, the remixed Lavender Town music might sound familiar. Rest assured, this haunting tune will only play during the Halloween event. Sweet dreams.
