Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

Pikmin Bloom

Today is Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom has introduced an exciting new way to celebrate the occasion through the Party Walk event. Instead of taking extra steps, this time you're encouraged to plant more flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this new event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

Pikmin Bloom is hosting a special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, instead of tracking your steps, you'll be counting the number of flowers you plant. Every bloom contributes to the global total.

To participate, you'll need to actively plant flowers to contribute to the cause. This event perfectly aligns with the spirit of Earth Day, promoting more greenery and giving a purposeful twist to your gameplay. Pikmin Bloom is rewarding these efforts in a fun and engaging way.

Depending on the collective effort of all players, you can unlock special weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings. Here's what's at stake: if the global total reaches 500 million flowers, everyone who participates in the event will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. If the total hits 1 billion flowers, you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin.

Should players collectively plant 1.5 billion flowers, you'll earn a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, which is specifically designed for White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind

Remember, your flowers won't count towards the global total unless you officially join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Ensure you've updated the app to version 117 and signed up correctly. If you haven't yet, you can download the game from the Google Play Store.

To make planting flowers a bit easier, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Note that all flower types contribute to the goal, so there's no need to focus on planting any specific kind. Just get out there and start blooming!
