My Om Nom: Care for Your Own Cut the Rope Pet

• My Om Nom is a brand-new virtual pet game starring the iconic green creature from Cut the Rope.
• It revives the title of a previous project but offers a completely fresh experience.
• Care for your Om Nom by feeding it, leveling it up, playing minigames, and completing various tasks.

The world of mobile gaming classics is filled with legendary titles. Names like Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, Angry Birds, and Jetpack Joyride easily come to mind. Yet, one fondly remembered fan favorite is the delightfully simple, physics-based puzzle game, Cut the Rope.

Starring the adorable green monster Om Nom, the game challenged players to feed the creature candy by cutting the ropes that held it. While it may not have reached the same stratospheric heights as some contemporaries, the franchise continues to thrive.

Now, you'll have the chance to care for Om Nom personally. Developer Zeptolab has teamed up with indie studio Peaksel to transform the beloved monster into a virtual pet. My Om Nom is now available on Android via Google Play, allowing you to nurture your very own version of the titular creature.

A Sense of Déjà Vu

If all of this sounds somewhat familiar, you're not mistaken. My Om Nom was indeed the name of an earlier virtual pet project based on Cut the Rope's green mascot. However, this iteration is not a simple re-release; it's a completely new take on the concept.

My Om Nom features not only the expected mechanics of caring for your adorable green companion but also includes various minigames, a photo wall, and a host of other engaging features to discover.

Partnering with an external studio for this new version of My Om Nom is a strategic move, suggesting potential for long-term support. This charming creature simulator is perfect for fans who can't get enough of the verdant monster.
