Featherweight Games, the studio behind the successful Botworld Adventure, unveils its latest creation: Auto Pirates: Captains Cup, a strategic auto-battler currently in early access. The full release is slated for August 22nd, 2024, on Android.
Following the triumphs of Botworld Adventure and Skiing Yeti Mountain, Featherweight ventures into the competitive strategy arena with a swashbuckling pirate theme. Auto Pirates: Captains Cup is available in early access on Android, having already soft-launched on iOS.
Gameplay Overview:
In Auto Pirates: Captains Cup, players assemble their pirate crew, equip their ship, and engage in tactical naval battles to amass loot and conquer the global leaderboards. The goal is to establish the ultimate pirate haven, accumulating plunder and trophies along the way.
The game allows for strategic combinations, blending pirates from four distinct fantastical factions, pairing them with magical relics, and experimenting with various ship types. Whether employing cannons, boarding tactics, fire, or ramming, the objective remains consistent: securing a place within the top 1% of players.
The game boasts a roster of over 80 unique pirates, all obtainable without spending money. These pirates are categorized into seven classes: Boarders, Cannons, Musketeers, Defenders, and Support, among others. With over 100 relics to discover, players can craft powerful synergistic combinations.
