By VictoriaMay 26,2025

Microsoft has unveiled Retro Classics with Game Pass, a thrilling collaboration with Antstream Arcade that brings over 50 iconic Activision games from the 80s and 90s to Game Pass subscribers. This exciting collection includes classics like Commando, Grand Prix, Kaboom!, MechWarrior 2: 31st Century Combat, and Pitfall!, with some titles dating back 45 years. A standout feature is the ability to save your progress and resume your game later, a first for many of these beloved retro games.

Microsoft emphasizes that Retro Classics with Game Pass is "a step in our commitment to game preservation and backwards compatibility." This initiative will be accessible to all Game Pass members across regions where the service is available.
