Marvel Rivals: PvE Mode Rumored, Ultron Delayed to Season 2

Recent leaks suggest exciting developments for Marvel Rivals, the popular hero shooter. A prominent leaker, RivalsLeaks, claims a PvE mode is under development, citing information from a source who allegedly played an early version. Further supporting this claim, RivalsLeaks mentions another leaker, RivalsInfo, discovered a related tag within game files. However, the leaker acknowledges the possibility of cancellation or postponement. Adding to the speculation, another leak hints at a potential Capture the Flag mode, indicating NetEase Games' ambitious expansion plans for the game.

Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, will introduce Dracula as the primary antagonist and add the Fantastic Four to the playable roster. A new, dark version of New York City is also anticipated as a new map. A recent trailer showcased these additions.

Despite initial expectations, the villain Ultron's release has reportedly been pushed back to Season 2 or later. A full leak of Ultron's abilities, showcasing his Strategist role and drone-based attacks, fueled speculation of an imminent release. However, with the inclusion of four new characters in Season 1, this delay is now considered likely.

The delay of Ultron hasn't dampened fan enthusiasm entirely. Speculation is rife regarding the potential debut of Blade, given Season 1's Dracula theme and leaked information about Blade's abilities. Many anticipate his arrival soon after the Fantastic Four. The combination of confirmed details and ongoing leaks keeps the player base eagerly awaiting Season 1: Eternal Night Falls.
