Misty Island, a location central to Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy's plot, presents a challenging yet rewarding adventure for players ready to overcome its obstacles. This guide details how to access the island and acquire all its Power Cells and Scout Flies.

Accessing Misty Island

To reach Misty Island, assist the fisherman in the Forbidden Jungle's river by helping him catch 200 pounds of fish. This task rewards you with a Power Cell and access to the Speedboat in Sandover Village, your transport to Misty Island.

Power Cell Locations and Challenges

1. The Sculptor's Muse: Locate and capture the golden creature near the docks. This requires skillful platforming and chase sequences. Return the Muse to the Sculptor in Sandover Village for a Power Cell (save this for last).

2. Blue Eco Power Cell: Utilize Blue Eco to power a Precursor Platform, bridging a gap to a Power Cell. This platform is located to the right of the area where you initially find the Sculptor's Muse.

3. Dark Eco Pool Power Cell: After acquiring the previous Power Cell, enter a Precursor Door leading to an arena. Defeat waves of Lurkers while dodging aerial explosives. The Power Cell is located near the Dark Eco Pool once the Lurkers are vanquished.

4. Lurker Ship Power Cell: Cross a bridge to a Lurker Ship and climb to its top to obtain another Power Cell.

5. Cannon Power Cell: Ascend a ramp, dodging rolling logs, to reach a cannon. Eliminate the Lurkers guarding the cannon to claim the Power Cell. Use the cannon to destroy metal boxes in the arena below for additional Precursor Orbs.

6. Zoomer Power Cell (Balloon Lurkers): Use the Zoomer vehicle to destroy five Balloon Lurkers patrolling the bay. Careful maneuvering is required to avoid mines. This nets you a Power Cell.

7. Zoomer Power Cell (Floating): Utilize the Zoomer to navigate a ramp and rocky terrain to reach a floating Power Cell.

Scout Fly Locations

Seven Scout Flies are scattered throughout Misty Island:

1. Muse's Route: During the Muse chase, use a seesaw and ground pound to reach a clifftop containing a Scout Fly Box.

2. Precursor Door Area (x2): Two Scout Fly Boxes are located near the Precursor Door leading to the Lurker arena; one requires traversing a crumbling path.

3. Arena Exit: Use a seesaw to access a cliff overlooking the bay, where a Scout Fly Box is situated.

4. Lurker Ship (x2): One Scout Fly Box is on the Lurker Ship, and another is on a platform along the log-strewn ramp.

5. Zoomer Route: A final Scout Fly Box is located near the top of the ramp used to reach the final Zoomer Power Cell.
