inZOI demands a powerful PC to run smoothly, as Krafton recently unveiled its system requirements and optimal settings. This article details those requirements and the visual differences between each hardware tier.
inZOI System Requirements Revealed

On March 12, 2025, Krafton categorized inZOI's system requirements into four tiers: Minimum, Medium, Recommended, and High. Each tier offers a different level of graphical fidelity.
The minimum requirements are surprisingly high: an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 GPU, and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 CPU. This is significantly more demanding than titles like *The Sims 4*. Krafton explains this by citing inZOI's high-quality graphics and realistic city simulations.
Recommended settings bump up the requirements to an NVIDIA RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 GPU, and an Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 CPU. High settings demand even more power, requiring an NVIDIA RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 GPU, paired with an Intel i7 14700K or AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU.
These demanding specs are unsurprising given inZOI's use of Unreal Engine 5 and the visually impressive trailers. While a console release is planned for PS5 and Xbox, significant optimization will likely be needed.
Graphics Comparison Across System Specs

Krafton has released a video showcasing the graphical differences between each tier. The video highlights variations in lighting, textures, and overall color accuracy, with the highest settings offering the most visually stunning experience.
These high system requirements might limit inZOI's initial player base compared to more accessible titles. However, Krafton assures players that they are committed to improving accessibility. They plan to implement automatic settings adjustments and continue optimizing the game to lower requirements without sacrificing visual quality.
A live stream showcasing early access pricing, DLC, the development roadmap, and answering fan questions will take place on March 19, 2025, at 01:00 UTC on inZOI's official YouTube and Twitch channels.
inZOI enters early access on Steam on March 28th, with releases planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A full release date is yet to be announced. Stay updated on the latest information via our dedicated inZOI page.
