As the heat of summer intensifies globally, it's mirrored in the latest update for Honkai: Star Rail with version 3.2, aptly titled "Through the Petals in the Land of Repose." This update invites Trailblazers and Chrysos Heirs to navigate through political intrigue and survival challenges in the Flame-Chase Journey.
This update introduces two exciting new five-star characters to the roster. Castorice (Remembrance) harnesses the power of the spectral entity Netherwing, a dragonlike being that sacrifices its own HP to deal damage to enemies upon summoning. However, as your allies lose HP, Netherwing replenishes its health, creating a dynamic combat strategy. On the other hand, Anaxa (Erudition) brings a more traditional approach to battle with his ability to apply random weaknesses to enemies. By accumulating a certain number of stacks, Anaxa can trigger the Qualitative Disclosure state, boosting his damage output and unlocking new, freely usable skill attacks.
Even if these new characters don't pique your interest, version 3.2 is brimming with new content to explore. The first half of the update features a limited-time warp event, offering reruns of past five-star characters. Additionally, the new minigame Seal Slammers promises high-speed, no-holds-barred fun as players compete against their allies in a ridiculous seal-themed challenge.
Celebrating Honkai: Star Rail's second anniversary, several events are planned. The Star Rail World event lets players team up with returning characters to organize a pan-galactic gala in a tycoon-like mode. In the real world, the Honkai: Star Rail concert is scheduled to take place from May 1st to the 3rd, adding to the festive atmosphere.
