Finding and Completing the Joke Quest
Lyonchyk Sprat is found in Rookie Village, Cordon region. Upon arrival at the village center, you'll hear him call out. He'll initially fail to tell a joke, then request your help in delivering one to the stalkers around the bonfire to make friends. Agreeing starts the quest.
Helping Lyonchyk Deliver a Joke
Lyonchyk instructs you to climb to the attic and wait for his signal. A ladder beside the bonfire leads to the attic. Climb up and wait.
You'll be presented with several joke options; each yields a different reaction. However, selecting any option results in a successful joke delivery and quest completion.
Receiving Your Reward from Lyonchyk
After the interaction, return to Lyonchyk. He'll thank you and reward you with 900 coupons. Failing to select a joke option results in a failed quest; Lyonchyk will run off crying, blaming you.
