How to Get Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren in World of Warcraft

To unlock Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, you'll need to gather five distinct Runekeys scattered across Siren Isle during the Storm event. Each Runekey has its unique method of acquisition:

• Whirling Runekey: This key is dropped by the rare spawn enemy, Ksvir the Forgotten, located in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault. Visit the Vault during a Storm event to increase the chance of Ksvir spawning, who nearly always drops the Whirling Runekey upon defeat.

Torrential Runekey: Assemble this key by collecting seven Torrential Fragments. These fragments can be obtained from any enemy you encounter on Siren Isle during the Storm phase.
Thunderous Runekey: Craft this key with five Thunderous Fragments, which can be found in any chest around Siren Isle, regardless of whether the area is under a Storm.

Cyclonic Runekey: This key can be obtained by fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm phase, or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: To construct this key, you must locate three Turbulent Fragments at specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts on the island:

Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone, where the ghost is cowering.
Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave, where the ghost offers the fragment as a tribute.

Once all five Runekeys are in your possession, head back to the Forgotten Vault area on Siren Isle during the Seafury Tempest phase. Note that visiting during any other phase will not allow you to proceed with the ritual. Upon entering the Forgotten Vault, make your way to the eastern room where you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform encircled by five runestones.
