GrandChase brings Metatron to the fray in its latest update

Metatron is the latest to join the roster

She is a Ruin Mage Hero who excels in critical damage output.

Growth events are now available to celebrate her arrival.

GrandChase’s major Spirit System update last month paved the way for a new generation of heroes, and now the first has officially arrived. Metatron, the Twisted Seraphim of Law, has joined the roster today. With a powerful mix of devastating critical hits and a deep, celestial-driven narrative, she brings a new level of intensity to the battlefield.

Metatron’s origin story in GrandChase is as intense as her name suggests. Once a Seraphim entrusted with upholding divine order, she resolved a great conflict in the Celestial World by separating the gods into distinct realms. But her pursuit of absolute order clashed with the Creator’s will, leading to her sealing and the unraveling of her work. Reborn within the body of a Primal Angel through the power of the Abaddon Lapis, she now returns—determined to restore order, no matter the cost.

In gameplay, Metatron arrives as a Ruin Mage Hero. Her abilities focus heavily on critical damage and work in synergy with the Spirit System, which boosts her growth and significantly increases her power in PvP. Built to punish those who defy her edicts, she’s a strong choice for players seeking a high-damage caster to elevate their team’s performance.

Alongside her launch, KOG Games has introduced a series of themed events, including Onwards with Metatron, Metatron Character Story, Step Up, and Growth Aura. These events provide streamlined ways to level up and strengthen her quickly, while also offering exclusive rewards for progress.
