After an eagerly anticipated wait, the beloved puzzle game World of Goo is back with its full sequel, World of Goo 2, now available on mobile devices. Developed by 2DBOY and Tomorrow Corporation, the game has been launched not only on Android but also on Steam, PlayStation 5, and iOS, bringing a new wave of excitement to fans everywhere.
A Ton of New Stuff
World of Goo 2 Mobile introduces a plethora of fresh content, including over 30 new achievements to unlock. For the first time in any game by 2DBOY or Tomorrow Corporation, players can enjoy a detailed options menu, enhancing the gameplay experience.
The original World of Goo, released on Windows in October 2008, challenged players to construct bizarre bridges and towers using goo balls, battling against physics and gravity. In the sequel, players can now interact with realistic flowing, splashing, viscous liquid, which can be manipulated like a river, transformed into Goo Balls, used to extinguish fires, and solve complex puzzles.
World of Goo 2 Mobile also introduces various new types of Goo, such as Jelly Goo, Liquid Launchers, Growing Goo, Shrinking Goo, and Explosive Goo, among others. Exploring how these different species interact and work together promises to be an engaging and wild experience.
