Gaining the ability to explore the Panopticon is an early milestone in Freedom Wars Remastered. Despite movement and interaction limitations, this central area is crucial for story progression and accessing shops.

Locating Enzo in Freedom Wars Remastered
To find Enzo, exit the Warren and use the lift to return to Level 2's main cell block. Near the elevator entrance, Pedro, who has his own issues with Enzo, will direct you to Sector 2-E165. While you might encounter Pedro earlier, interacting with Enzo is only possible after initiating the main quest.
Reporting Pedro to authorities is unproductive; he'll simply suggest reporting Enzo instead.
To the left of Pedro, follow the wall to a door at the cell block's far end, marked with a blue lift icon. This isn't a standard elevator; interacting with it transports you to Sector 2-E165.
Inside Sector 2-E165, Enzo's location is indicated by a yellow exclamation mark. He's on the third story, at the cell block's far end. Remember to avoid excessive sprinting to prevent additional time added to your sentence.
Bribing Enzo in Freedom Wars Remastered
Finding Enzo is just the beginning; information from him requires payment. To elicit information, you must provide:
- One Mk. 1 Melee Carapace
- One First Aid Kit
First Aid Kits are readily available in most operations, but the Mk. 1 Melee Carapace is rarer early in the game. Consider these operations to obtain it:
