Drug Dealer Simulator Schedule I continues to ride the wave of its remarkable success on Steam, securing its position as one of the platform's most-played games. The game's developer, Tyler, has rolled out the first significant post-launch update, version 0.3.4, now available for testing on the beta branch. Tyler shared this news on the game’s Steam page, indicating that the update would remain on the beta branch for a day or two before a full release. Players eager to try out the new features can opt into the beta branch immediately.
While the beta doesn't include all the features slated for the full release, Tyler emphasized the urgency to release it early. "I wanted to get this beta out ASAP so that the new wall-mounted objects and pawn shop interface can be thoroughly trialed," he stated. He plans to add more decorative objects on April 8.

Upon its launch, Schedule I became the top-selling game on Steam, outpacing giants like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube contributed to its massive player base. In the game, players start as small-time dealers and work their way up to becoming kingpins, managing drug manufacturing and distribution in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Expansion is key, with opportunities to acquire properties, businesses, and hire employees.
Schedule I is developed and published by TVGS, an Australian indie studio led by Tyler. He described the game's explosive launch as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." In a post on Reddit, Tyler expressed his surprise at the response and his focus on delivering patches quickly. He's also eager to start working on content updates once major bugs are resolved.
