This legendary title was a collaborative effort by three industry giants: Yuji Horii of Dragon Quest fame, Akira Toriyama, known for Dragon Ball, and Hironobu Sakaguchi, the mastermind behind Final Fantasy.
Square Enix expressed their gratitude to all the fans who have enjoyed Chrono Trigger over the years and announced, "To mark the 30th anniversary and to express our gratitude to everyone who has played Chrono Trigger so far, we are planning a variety of projects over the next year that will go beyond the world of the game."
