ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition Launches Extinction, Third Expansion Map

The third expansion map for ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition, titled Extinction, is now available on the Google Play Store, bringing players back to a post-apocalyptic version of Earth. This expansion concludes the main ARK story and introduces new challenges to players who have already navigated through Scorched Earth and Aberration.

Extinction presents a daunting scenario where the water has vanished, forcing survivors to innovate to obtain loot. The setting is a devastated Earth, and as a lone survivor, your mission is to unravel the mysteries behind the creation of the Ark system. This expansion is a thrilling mix of post-apocalyptic landscapes and Element-infested environments teeming with bizarre creatures, including both robotic and organic rexes. Alongside the new map, several updates have been released. Players can now benefit from a new Thick Skin insulation buff, enhancing survival capabilities. In multiplayer PVE mode, creatures will move from frequently camped spots to prevent griefing. Additionally, there are new limits on the number of light sources that can be placed, aimed at reducing spammy constructions.
