Ariana Grande Joins "Meet the Parents 4" Cast with Stiller and De Niro

Ariana Grande is expanding her acting portfolio with a leading role in *Meet the Parents 4*, the next installment of the beloved comedy franchise. According to THR, the pop sensation and rising film star will join Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in the highly anticipated sequel, which Universal has slated for a November 25, 2026 release.

Stiller and De Niro are confirmed to return for their fourth film as clashing in-laws Greg Focker and Jack Byrnes. Blythe Danner and Teri Polo are also expected to reprise their roles, though final negotiations are still underway. While plot details remain largely under wraps, THR reports that one key storyline will revolve around the engagement of Stiller and Polo’s son to a strong-willed woman who doesn’t quite meet his parents’ approval. Ariana Grande will portray the fiancée, adding fresh comedic energy to the iconic family dynamic.

Behind the camera, franchise veteran John Hamburg is set to write and direct *Meet the Parents 4*. Original trilogy director Jay Roach will serve as a producer, joining forces with Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal of Tribeca Productions. Ben Stiller and John Lesher will also produce under the Red Hour Films banner, with Hamburg producing via Particular Pictures. Universal executives Matt Reilly and Jacqueline Garell will oversee the project on behalf of the studio.
