The Resident Evil series is introducing a new mobile title called Resident Evil Survival Unit. However, this isn't just another zombie shooter or eerie mansion escape. Instead, you’ll be managing units and devising strategic assaults.
Survival Unit reimagines the franchise as a real-time strategy experience, transforming the classic survival horror atmosphere into something completely fresh. This marks a significant departure for a franchise built on tense, confined settings and scarce resources since its 1996 debut.
Aniplex, in collaboration with JoyCity Corporation and Capcom, is behind the new Resident Evil Survival Unit mobile game. Aniplex is renowned for anime-based hits like Demon Slayer and Fate/Grand Order, while JoyCity has developed titles such as Gunship Battle: Total Warfare and Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War.
