Inferno Dragon Evolution Lands in Clash Royale After 9-Year Wait

Clash Royale players finally get their fiery wish - the Inferno Dragon has evolved. Nearly a decade since this legendary card first took flight, it's received a major power boost. Developer Supercell marked the occasion with a humorous reveal featuring Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola.

Dragon Goes Hollywood

In a hilarious new trailer, our favorite fire-breathing legend ditches the battlefield for Tinseltown dreams. Watch as Leikola plays the dragon's persistent Hollywood agent, negotiating stardom at Supercell headquarters.

The evolution fundamentally changes the Inferno Dragon's mechanics. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its increasing damage output - perfect for melting towers and tanks alike.

New Season Sparks to Life

The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season brings more than just the Inferno Dragon upgrade. The 2v2 League makes its return, letting players team up for competitive matches. Event rewards include evolution shards, epic books, and exclusive cosmetics.

  • Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
  • Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9)
  • Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) - 4 evolution cards per deck
  • Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) - 8 evolution cards per deck

The season rolls out with multiple limited-time modes testing different evolution card combinations. Each event offers unique rewards like battle banners and emotes.

Available now on Google Play, this update continues Supercell's tradition of shaking up the Clash Royale meta while delivering entertaining content. For Marvel fans, we're also covering the latest Fantastic Four update in Contest of Champions.
