What if I forget my passcode?

Check your email for the latest message from us (search for thinkyeah). Follow the instructions to reset your passcode. If you can't find the email, follow these steps:

1. Access the Gallery Vault locking page. If the icon is hidden, use the "Manage Space" button as described above.

2. Attempt to unlock twice, and a "Forgot" button will appear.

3. Tap "Forgot" and then "Resend Auth Email" in the dialog.
