The emmy app is your gateway to scooter joy. Use it to locate a nearby electric moped, reserve it, and unlock it. It's that simple, that's emmy. We take care of charging the e-scooters, ensuring they're always ready to roll. You'll find two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder, making your city exploration seamless and enjoyable.

Creating your emmy account is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for 4,95€, which includes 15 free minutes.
2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.
3. Start riding: Use the app to find and reserve an electric moped near you for free.
4. End your rental: Park your emmy roller in a public parking lot within our business area to conclude your rental.

How to Start an emmy Electric Moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and retrieve a helmet.
2. Remove it from the kickstand: Position yourself with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.
3. Turn the red switch to “ON”: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is on and the side stand is fully retracted. For Yadea models, press the “P-button”.
4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the brake and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar to activate the moped.

In Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, you can ride the NIU scooter, designed for city commuting with its lightweight build. The Yadea moped is available in Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich. Always park your moped in designated areas for mopeds and bikes, avoiding bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent an emmy Moped?

Register with a one-time fee of 4,95€ and enjoy 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). You can book and reserve a moped for free for 15 minutes. Unlocking the moped costs 1 EUR, and you'll be charged 0.33 EUR per minute while riding. You can pause your ride at a reduced rate.
