A digital companion for the classic Dog board game.
This versatile app offers multiple ways to enjoy a game of Dog:
1. Connect with friends via Bluetooth for multiplayer sessions. For games with fewer than four or six players, the vacant spots are automatically filled with AI opponents.
Or 2.: Use the app solely as your digital game board. For this mode, you will need a physical deck of cards to play as normal. You then move your pieces directly on your tablet's screen, which works best on a larger display.
Beyond replacing the physical board, this app provides several helpful features:
When you attempt a move, the required card value is clearly displayed, eliminating counting errors.
A full history of all moves is available in a table. Simply press the "History" button to review it.
You can undo moves by pressing the "Back" button.
Illegal moves are prevented by default. You can disable this rule in the settings for custom piece placement or unofficial house rules.
Pieces stay securely on the board and cannot be accidentally knocked off.
Location permission is required for Bluetooth device discovery.
