The zombies on these bleak islands are vicious. Thankfully, I’ve found shelter and a means to survive. Take a look—I’ve crafted some impressive weapons here. Now, nightmares turn into nightly expeditions as we strive to survive this undead world! :) — Rick grinned, brandishing a hefty, nail-studded club at a fallen zombie. Enduring life on an island swarming with zombie hordes isn't for the faint of heart. Confronting the walking dead has helped Rick keep his sanity and remember the crucial mission that brought him to these shores.

To be honest, when I first arrived, I thought this was the full-blown zombie apocalypse! Mutants, the living dead, and entire factions locked in conflict. Our group scattered across the island immediately. There was no time to prepare; we were under attack from the walking dead from the very start—and "walking" is an understatement, they sprinted like Olympians. I knew it was a one-way trip, so I focused on finding cover rather than the strange objective. I was right; just a day after landing, all contact with our unit was lost. I doubt anyone from my group made it! — Rick switched off the recorder, leaned over the crocodile, and resumed — Finally, I can make myself a pair of crocodile-skin shoes :).

I was convinced today was my last day alive! An entire wave of zombies burst through the open steel door of the bunker I was scavenging. I ducked behind machinery, then sprinted outside and locked them all in. I’d cut the air conditioning beforehand, ha ha. You should’ve seen my shock when those zombies started suffocating and even screaming inside. My surprise turned to horror when, examining the bodies, I realized they were my own squad!!!! This island is messing with my mind, but I haven't seen this much valuable loot in ages :) — Muttering to himself, Rick smirked as he pulled a wagon loaded with ammunition, armor, and precious spoils behind him.

Who knows how much time has passed. This RPG has become a part of my life. There's definitely a boss out there. I must find and destroy it!

Dead Island is an apocalyptic world where everyone descends into madness in their own way. In this role-playing game, you must build and upgrade your shelter, craft equipment, and gather resources!

In co-op mode, players can tackle quests and boss raids together. We also plan to introduce a PvP Arena to determine who reigns supreme! Looking ahead, if co-op and PvP prove popular, we aim to develop an MMO mode.

Survival on the island is a constant challenge. You must construct and fortify your shelter. Zombie hordes will relentlessly assault your walls, and other players may raid your base. You'll have the chance to retaliate against those who plunder your supplies.

Gather resources to craft new weapons and armor. Explore a military bunker filled with valuable loot and deadly traps.

You will face bosses that can only be defeated using special methods revealed in quests and notes scattered across the islands.
