For a seamless Bluetooth connection, ensure your camera is equipped with Bluetooth functionality, and your Android device supports Bluetooth 4.0 or later, featuring Bluetooth Low Energy technology. Your device's OS should be Android 5.0 or later.

Please note that while JPEG, MP4, and MOV files are supported, importing original RAW files is not. RAW files are converted to JPEG upon transfer. Additionally, MOV files and 8K movie files from EOS cameras, HEIF (10 bit), and RAW movie files from compatible cameras, as well as AVCHD files from camcorders, cannot be saved through the app.
