How to Play Callbreak:

Typically, Callbreak is played by four players using a standard 52-card deck. Cards rank from highest to lowest as A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2 in each suit. The game can be played in either 3 or 5 rounds. To start, each player draws a card to determine the first dealer, with the player receiving the lowest card shuffling and dealing the first round in a clockwise direction. The player to the dealer's right leads the first trick.

In each trick, any card can be led, and other players must follow suit if possible. If a player cannot follow suit, they must play a spade (the trump card) if they have one that can beat any spades already played. How to Win a Callbreak Game:

The trick is won by the player who plays the highest card of the led suit or the highest spade if spades are played. To win, a player must meet or exceed the number of tricks they called at the beginning of the round. Successfully meeting or exceeding your call adds the number called to your score, with each trick won beyond the call adding an additional 0.1 to your cumulative score. Failing to meet your call results in the number called being subtracted from your score.

A round must be re-dealt if any player does not receive a spade or any face card (J, Q, K, A) in their hand.
