Our latest feature, ‘Be My AI’, revolutionizes the user experience by providing an AI assistant directly within the Be My Eyes app. Blind or low vision users can submit images to Be My AI, which then offers detailed, conversational visual descriptions and answers questions about the image. This feature supports 36 languages and can assist with a variety of tasks, from checking makeup before a night out to translating text from numerous languages.

Additionally, the ‘Specialized Help’ section of the app allows users to connect directly with company representatives for accessible customer support, making it easier to get assistance with specific products.
