The standard offline game is played with 4 players.

Game tiles come in four colors: Red, Black, Yellow, and Blue.

Tiles are numbered from 1 to 13.

There are also two false Okey tiles in the game.

A total of 106 tiles are used in 101 Çanak Okey.

At the start, all tiles are shuffled and automatically distributed. The player next to the dealer receives 22 tiles; the others get 21.

Players arrange their tiles by color and number, grouping them into sequences or sets.

Undealt tiles are placed face-down in the center of the table.

The face-up tile in the middle is the indicator tile.

The tile matching the color and number of the indicator is the Okey tile.

The Okey can be used as any tile in the game.

Finishing with an Okey (discarding Okey) doubles your earned points.

Players group their tiles into sets of at least three. There are two types of valid combinations.

The first is a sequence: same-colored tiles in consecutive numbers.

The second is a set: same-numbered tiles in different colors.

Players can also arrange all tiles into seven pairs. By discarding the final tile to the center, they end the game.

Winning the game:

If the final discard is not an Okey, it’s a normal finish. The winner receives -101 points from opponents.
